Cancellation Policy

Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. While we will not apply any fees for cancellations made after this period, we kindly ask you to consider the impact on our small business. Once an appointment is booked, a cancellation or no-show results in lost income for us.

No-Show Policy

We understand that circumstances can arise, and we do not charge a fee for no-shows, as is the case with many other businesses. However, please keep in mind that if a client fails to show up, it is not possible to fill that time slot with another client, leading to financial losses for Threading & Waxing Bar by AJ. We appreciate your respect for our time and business.

Pre-Appointment Guidelines

To ensure the best results from your facial or waxing service, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • If you have received Botox or fillers, please wait 2-3 weeks before your appointment.
  • If you have undergone laser treatments, please wait 4 weeks.
  • If you are using retinol, glycolic, salicylic, mandelic acid, or similar products, please refrain from using them 5-7 days prior to your appointment.
